The helicopter noise continues. Day after day, it is cruel and unusual punishment. It is continuous. It interrupts studying. One can't take a nap in the early evening or sleep late on the weekends. It is noise pollution on the highest magnitude. We are paying premium rents to live along the water and we get bombed with this noise. Why should thousands of resident put up with this while a few profit. Do noise pollution laws exist? If so these operators should be prosecuted. If there are no laws they should be passed. The noise is terrible today. I am trying to study for my tax course and am constantly interrupted. Thank you, Alan Ruggiero
