"We must eliminate all tourist flights and traffic from the City owned Downtown Heliport.  This position is supported by local, state and federal elected officials," writes Public Advocate Letitia James in the attached letter to Mayor de Blasio.  When will the Mayor listen to his constituents as well as the two dozen elected officials who are urging him to banthese dangerous, harmful and needless tours?
